We have successfully identified the root cause and deployed a fix for the elevated latency and errors on the Projects and Admin > Users pages. The issue was traced to a recent system update that temporarily caused a bottleneck with a third-party authentication service. All systems have fully recovered and are operating normally.
We have observed elevated latency and "Failed to fetch" errors on Projects and Admin > Users pages of some customers. Our team is investigating this issue.
